Who we are. Harvestory is a trading name of ESG Farms Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15878396. If you have a question about how we handle your information, write to [email protected].

What we collect. If you send an enquiry through this site we collect the details you type into the form. That is your name, your organisation and role if you give them, your email address, your phone number if you give it, the sector and space you select, and whatever you write in the message field.

Why we collect it. To reply to your enquiry and to have the conversation that follows it. Nothing else.

What we do not do. We do not add enquirers to a marketing list without asking. We do not sell or pass your details to anyone. We do not use your information to build a profile of you.

How long we keep it. For as long as the conversation is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case it starts again. If you would like your details removed, ask and we will remove them.

Where it goes. Enquiries submitted through this site are processed by our hosting provider's forms service and delivered to us by email. We may also record your details in our customer relationship system so we do not lose track of a conversation.

Cookies. This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights. You have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will deal with it. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
